Drake Brings Out J. Cole at Austin City Limits, Teases 'Hotline Bling' Music Video


Drizzy says the official visuals for his latest smashing hit will premiere later this week and he's going to spend the rest of 2015 working on his 'Views From the 6' album.

Drake made sure he closed out the 2015 Austin City Limits with a bang. After bringing out his "What a Time to Be Alive" collaborator Future during the festival's first weekend earlier this month, he's joined by J. Cole while headlining the second weekend on Saturday, October 10.

Fresh off his appearance at the 20th anniversary commemoration of the Million Man March in Washington, D.C., Cole treated the crowd at Zilker Park to his verse from Jeremih's "Planes" as well as a cut off his "2014Forest Hills Drive" album, "A Tale of 2 Citiez".



"I don't know if my mother had two kids that I don't know about, but this my brother for real," Drake said of Cole. "This one of the greatest guys that I know in my life. Anytime I call him, he's there for me."

During his set that night, Drake also gave fans an update on his "Hotline Bling" music video, saying he's releasing it this week. "I finished editing it late last night," he told the crowd.

Drizzy additionally said that he's going to spend the rest of 2015 in the studio to continue working on his long-awaited new album "Views From the 6". The record is still expected to come out later this year although fans have received two mixtapes and some one-off singles from the Canadian rapper.
