Sofia Vergara, Kaley Cuoco are highest paid TV actresses of 2015

Los Angeles: 'Modern Family' star Sofia Vergara and Kaley Cuoco of 'The Big Bang Theory' fame have been annouced as the highest-paid actresses of 2015.

Sofia Vergara, 43, and 29-year-old Kaley Cuoco took the top spot in 2015 Forbes list of highest paid TV actresses for earning USD 28.5 million each before tax, reported Aceshowbiz.

Sofia Vergara is topping the list since past four years. Kaley Cuoco earned USD 1 million per episode on the hit CBS comedy between June 1, 2014 to June 1, 2015. On the second position is Vergara's "Modern Family" co-star Julie Bowen.

'Grey's Anatomy' actress Ellen Pompeo is third. Emily Deschanel of 'Bones' have made it to the list for the first time at 11th position for earing USD 6.5 million.

Other popular names, who are part of the top 14 include - Julianna Margulies, Amy Poehler, Mindy Kaling, Kerry Washington, Patricia Heaton, Robin Wright and Zooey Deschanel.

Justin Bieber waits for heart to 'heal up' after Selena Gomez split

Los Angeles: Pop sensation Justin Bieber says he needs some time to move on of the heart break he suffered after splitting from Selena Gomez, before he thinks of falling in love again.

The 21-year-old "Never Let You Go" hitmaker revealed that he got his heart broken and wanted to "let that heal up," reported Aceshowbiz.

"I haven't been in a relationship for a while, I'm chilling and just hanging out. Just being by myself. I am a relationship type of guy, I love to be in love and I love cuddling and I love all of that kind of stuff but I got my heart broken and so I'm just going to let that heal up," he said.

Bieber also cleared the air on rumours about graffiti which allegedly read, "Selena," in his "What Do You mean?" music video.

"I think that might be fake. That wasn't me who did that," he said.

Katy Perry falls off a segway at Burning Man Festival

Washington D.C.: Katy Perry recently showed her brave side by trying to ride a segway, however, she ended up falling from it during the Burning Man arts and music festival in Nevada.

In a video posted to her Instagram account, the 30 year-old singer was seen trying to ride a segway and falling from it, E! Online reports.

The 'Roar' hit-maker, who lost her control on the segway and ended up slipping from it, wrote, 'obvious first time burner alert' on her video.

Dwayne Johnson rescues puppies from drowning in pool

Los Angeles: Dwayne The Rock Johnson saved his two new French Bulldog puppies from drowning in the family pool.

"(I) bring them home and immediately take them outside so they can start learning how to handle their business and p**ty like big boys. I set them both down and they both take off in a full sprint and fall right into the deep end of our pool," Johnson explained on Instagram while holding the puppies Brutus and Hobbs, reports eonline.com.

While Hobbs was able to doggy paddle, Brutus immediately freaked out over the water and began to sink.

"I take off into a full sprint, fully clothed, dive in the pool, swim to the bottom, rescue my brick, I mean Brutus and bring him back to the edge of the pool," the "Furious 7" star recalled.

"He was a little delirious…took a moment, threw up all the water he swallowed and looked up at me as if to say, 'Thank God you didn't have to give me mouth to mouth!' and then ran off to play with his brother."

Johnson also warned old and new dog owners about the importance of water safety.

"A few lessons I've learned today.. A) Not all puppies have the instinct to doggie paddle. B) Some puppies (like BRUTUS) will be so in shock by experiencing water they will sink extremely fast so react quick. C) While spiriting to save your puppies life, before you dive in, try and throw your cell phone to safety," he explained.
