Azealia Banks rants on Twitter after airline meltdown

Los Angeles: Rapper Azealia Banks didn't seem to regret her use of homophobic slur when she went ballistic on a flight from New York to Los Angeles earlier this week.

The "Chasing time" hitmaker landed in hot water after being caught on camera hitting a fellow passenger, a French man, who blocked her exit as they pulled their luggage from the overhead bin.

When a male flight attendant tried to calm her down, the 24-year-old hip-hop star called him a "f***ing f***ot."

The musician took to Twitter on Tuesday morning to defend her antics in a series of posts, reports aceshowbiz.com.

"I am bisexual. my brother is trans. My employees are all gay men. Nothing else to say," she wrote on the micro-blogging website.

Minutes later, she followed it up with another tweet which read: "Cause yall KNOW, that they would've politely handed a white woman her bags and a spritzer. #whatever."

In another tweet, she ranted: "If America is so concerned with derogatory language, why do I not see even a quarter of this outrage when I use the word 'N***R'????"

She complained about the double standard people use to judge others' choice of words, saying: "America picks and chooses when it likes to be offended. And THAT is a major part of American culture that HAS to change."

Showing no remorse, she added, "I only OWE an apology to my fans. My true true ride or die fans. The rest of yall can pick up a rock and suck on it."

Janet Jackon & Missy Elliott Link Up On "Burnitup!"

Janet Jackson's first album in seven years is due out in just over a week and the singer has just shared one of the most anticipated songs from the 17-song tracklist, a collaboration with Missy Elliott. The release of "Burnitup!" follows Jackson's sharing the album's title track, "Unbreakable," and the J. Cole-featuring "No Sleeep" earlier this summer. "Burnitup!" is produced by Dem Jointz and is an obviously targeted at the dance floor crowd with a charged-up, electronic vibe throughout.

Chris Brown Is Facing Being Banned From Australia Because Of The Rihanna Case

Chris Brown may not be able to tour in Australia later this year because of the 2009 assault against Rihanna. AnAustralian government minster, Michaelia Cash, is recommending that Brown not be granted a visa byimmigration minister Peter Duttton, Billboard reports.

Cash spoke Thursday (Sept. 23) at a launch event for a federal initiative to prevent domestic violence.

“People need to understand if you are going to commit domestic violence and then you want to travel around the world, there are going to be countries that say to you: `You cannot come in because you are not of the character we expect in Australia,'” Cash said.

 Breezy was supposed to take his “One Hell of a Nite” tour to Australia in December and perform four shows.

Minster Cash is not the only one trying to keep Breezy from entering Australia. Activist group GetUp! has gotten over 10,000 signatures on a petition asking for Brown not to be granted entry into the continent due to his past domestic violence charges.

Radio station Nova FM has also decided to not to support the tour anymore.

An immigration official reportedly said that the “Zero” singer will not be eligible for a visa  unless “given a special direction.”

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are reportedly fighting over her maternity outfits as she nears the birth date of her second child.

The reality star has been pictured in everything from eye-wateringly tight dresses, to leather skirts and even asheer lace outfit as her bump continues to grow - but is she happy with the results of all that styling?

According to Closer magazine, Kim has hit out at her hubby, after he chose a black lace-up-the-front outfit for her last week in New York, and despite trusting his judgement, was reportedly left feeling "horrified" at thephotos.

A source told the mag: "Kim had been feeling really insecure about her weight last week and knew she'd be snapped alongside her sisters.

"She turned to Kanye for style advice and he suggested she s.e.x it up in the low-cut black dress.

"She trusted him but was horrified when she saw the photos, bursting into tears and lashing out at Kanye."

However a rep for Kim has slammed the claims, calling them "false".

Kim however is insisting she's happy in full pregnancy mode, and recently said: "I am confident and not trying to hide my bump. I actually want to accentuate it."

Hinting at a few insecurities though, she later added: "And yes, long coats to cover my fat arms and a**!"

Snoop Dogg To Launch Site Dedicated To Marijuana

Snoop Dogg’s love for marijuana is everlasting and now he is launching a website dedicated strictly to the ganja. The Doggfather is teaming up with entrepreneur Ted Chung to bring the weed lovers  MerryJane.com,  a site that is reportedly deemed a “crossroads of pot culture, business, politics, [and] health,” TechCrunch reports.

“I was investing on creativity,” Snoop said. “Then it became more business. Then it was things that I liked, for example the cannabis industry.”

The site will teach visitors how to choose the proper strain of marijuana for their smoking pleasure and also show the how to make the best edible dishes using the herb. Visitors can also watch smokers reflect on the first time they sparked something on a show called Deflowered.

Dispensaries will eventually be able to run their own digital store through the site as well.

Chung says the site will also focus on the business side of the marijuana world and hopes that Merry Jane will become a premier source of news for the chiefers. Snoop

Akshay Kumar to pay homage to Bhagat Singh

New Delhi: Bollywood star Akshay Kumar, who is promoting his forthcoming film "Singh Is Bliing", will on Sunday pay homage to Bhagat Singh, one of the most influential revolutionaries of the Indian independence movement, on his birth anniversary.

Bhagat Singh was born on September 28, 1907, and was hanged on March 23, 1931 along with Rajguru and Sukhdev in Lahore prison.

Akshay, along with the team of "Singh is Bliing", including Lara Dutta, Amy Jackson and director Prabhudheva will be remembering the "real Singh" at a charitable event titled Sadbhawna Diwas 2015 here.

The event will be organised by Shaheed-E-Azam Bhagat Singh Foundation, a unit of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Sewa Dal, read a statement.

This year, Akshay, whose film is releasing on October 2, will attend the event in his 'Singh' avatar, wearing a turban.

The team of the film will pay homage to Bhagat Singh amidst a gathering at the Yamuna Sports Complex Stadium. Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal is also likely to attend the event.

Zareen Khan and Karan Singh Grover had been shooting together for the past few days for the final schedule of 'Hate Story 3'.

Drake ranked higher than Dr. Dre on the 2015 Hip-Hop cash Kings list

Forbes has released their annual Hip-Hop Cash Kings list, and there is a bit of a surprise in the top-3, as Drake apparently brought in more money this year than Dr. Dre.

The list ranks Drizzy behind Jay Z and Diddy and in front of Dre and Pharrell for the top-5.

The report mentions Drake's constant tour schedule as the likely cause for his bump in the list, though it doesn't mention his deal with Apple and what that did for his year.

As for Dre, who topped last year's list because of his own Apple deal, Forbes says that his checks from Apple haven't slowed up, they're just much smaller than the one that netted him the top spot last year.

The report also mentions that his profits from Straight Outta Compton and his new album won't really reflect on his ranking until next year.

Eminem, Kanye West, Wiz Khalifa, Nicki Minaj, and Birdman round out the top-10, while Kendrick Lamar went from spot 15 last year to 13 this year.

50 Cent is one of the bigger names that dropped off the list completely from last year, and that's not much of a surprise based on his filing for bankruptcy and multiple lawsuits that he's dealing with.

Forbes Releases 2015 Hip Hop Cash Kings Top 20

Last year, Dr. Dre’s Apple money made him Forbes’s Hip Hop Cash King by a factor of ten.

This year, it was a much more competitive race.

Diddy, who made $60 million in 2014 did so again in 2015. While that was only good for third place on last year’s list (following Dre and Jay Z), this year Puffy was crowned Cash King.

Hov came in second with $56 million and Drake third with $39.5 million. Dre ($33 million) and Pharrell ($32 million) rounded out the top five.
