New York: Actor Daniel Craig has dropped hints that he might be on board for more films in the hit James Bond franchise, but slammed the USD 150 million pay cheque reports.
In the midst of increasing speculation about whether he will take on another film in the popular franchise, Daniel Craig gave his strongest hint yet on Friday while speaking at the New Yorker Festival, that he might not want to turn his back to the franchise, reported dailymail.co.uk.
"I got the best job in the world doing Bond. The things I get to do on a Bond movie and the type of work it is, there's no other job like it. If I were to stop doing it -- just say -- I'd miss it terribly," he said.
"It's one of the most thrilling things as an actor you can do. I love this job. I get a massive kick out of it. And, if I can keep getting a kick out of it, I will," Daniel Craig added.
The star rubbished recent reports that he has been offered USD 150 million to sign on for two more Bond films.
He said: "There's no conversation going on, everybody's just a bit tired."
Reports initially surfaced that Craig would be quitting the franchise after he stated that he would "rather slash his wrists" than do another Bond film.
The actor, 48, who sported a peroxide hairdo for his filming commitments for the upcoming project 'Logan Lucky', also added that he enjoyed playing the iconic spy Bond.

"I like that broken part of him. That doing a job like that has a serious effect on your psyche. That's fun," he said.

Brad Pitt will not be prosecuted for child abuse incident, FBI closes case

Los Angeles: Hollywood star Brad Pitt will not be prosecuted for the child abuse incident that allegedly occurred in September on a private jet.
The FBI never opened an investigation against the 'Allied' actor, 52, because there was "no case", reported TMZ.
"The FBI is still working to gather the facts from the incident but the agency does not consider it an official investigation," sources said.
Pitt and his estranged wife, Angelina Jolie (who filed for divorce less than a week after incident occurred), were flying with their six children from Nice, France, to Burbank, California, on September 14.
It was earlier reported that the "Fight Club" actor got "verbally abusive and physical" with the kids, Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and 8-year-old twins Knox and
Vivienne.
Jolie, 41, filed for divorce on September 19, citing irreconcilable differences, and requested sole custody of the kids.

The former power couple have since reached a temporary custody agreement, which allows Pitt supervised visitation. He will also voluntarily take random drug and alcohol tests, his first of which came back negative.

Fawad Khan still part of 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil', but what about Mahira Khan in 'Raees'?

Dharma refutes rumours that the Pakistani actor Fawad Khan will be replaced in 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil'; Excel mum on Mahira Khan in Shah Rukh Khan starrer 'Raees'

In the wake of the escalating tension within Bollywood on the fate of films starring Pakistani actors, including Karan Johar's Fawad Khan starrer 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil', and Shah Rukh Khan's 'Raees' featuring Mahira Khan, several rumours and reports have alleged a series of developments in the casting.
However, murmurs of Fawad being replaced by actor Saif Ali Khan in the romantic-drama through “face replacement technology” have been negated by spokesperson from Dharma Productions. “The news is utter bullshit. Nothing of that sort is happening. The film is prepping up for release the way it currently is.”
Meanwhile the Indian Motion Picture Producers' Association (IMPPA) delegation led by its president TP Agarwal, who had met the Maharastra Navnirman Sena (MNS) leaders seeking their co-operation to release the said films (Oct 7), have asked for another appointment with MNS.
The party leaders have however refused to budge from their stand. Talking to hitlist, MNS Chitrapat Sena leader Ameye Khopkar, said, “There is no scope for discussion about releasing any film featuring Pakistan artistes. The Uri attack happened last month but we have been telling filmmakers to avoid working with Pakistani artistes for over 10 years now. They should have thought about the repercussions earlier. I don't care.”
Speculations have been rife that the producers of 'Raees' have decided to replace Mahira in the film. While speaking on condition of anonymity, the production team of 'Raees' has denied any such move. There has been no official response though, besides the director Rahul Dholakia's cryptic tweet yesterday: “Cooker ki saat seeti baj chuki hai, aag dena bandh kar (not a line from 'Raees', I have better dialogues).”

Despite repeated attempts by hitlist, Dholakia, co-producer Ritesh Sidhwani and others at Excel Entertainment remained unavailable for comments. A source close to Excel informed that the team had been asked to avoid connecting with the media on the topic, “else their payments will be stopped!”
