Los Angeles: Latin superstar Marc Anthony is selling off New York estate he shared with his ex-wife Jennifer Lopez.

The former couple settled into the luxury property after marrying in 2004, and the stars went on to raise their now-seven-year-old twins, Max and Emme, at the home until their split in 2011, reported People magazine.

Now Anthony, 47, who has since remarried, is looking to offload the pad, which boasts 10 bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a pool, recording studio and tennis court.

It has been placed on the market for USD 9 million and realtor Luis D Ortiz, who features on reality show Million Dollar Listing New York, said the ambience of the house is actually similar to Anthony's personality.

London: Benedict Cumberbatch thought 'Sherlock' producers were going "mad" when he first learned of their idea for the show's upcoming holiday special.

The 39-year-old actor plays the titular role in the hit television series, which is a modernised adaptation of stories featuring legendary detective character Sherlock Holmes, reported Contactmusic.

"In fact, I went, 'You're mad'," Benedict said when he learned producers were travelling back in time for the episode.

"I genuinely didn't understand how they were going to get away with it."

Cumberbatch became more convinced after reading the script for 'The Abominable Bride' and then he started to realise depicting Sherlock Holmes in modern day is far more awkward.

"And then I got the more detailed pitch and I thought, 'OK, this is going to be great fun', And it really is," he smiled.

"It's so nice to play him in his era. The things that are asked of me in the modern version, the sense that this is a man clearly slightly out of his time... To put him back in the era he was written in originally is just a joy. It feels easier," the actor said.
