The star grabbed hold of her man's Anaconda as she entertained fans at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre in Tinley Park on Sunday night.
Just days after she sent fans into a pregnancy-rumour frenzy by calling him her "baby father", she shocked them again for an entirely different reason.
As Nicki and Meek shared the stage, she decided it was the right time to a get a bit, ahem, intimate with her man, running her hand over his crotch as she smiled suggestively.
The fans in attendance didn't seem fazed by the PDA - slight understatement - as they cheered while the singer continued her concert.
She later referred to the incident with a blatant wink as she thanked her fans for their support.
She teasingly said: "Chicago, I love you and I'll never forget you. You guys make me so happy, and I can't thank you enough. Don't tell anybody what I did to Meek on stage, ok?"
Meek is the opening act for Nicki's PrinkPrint tour, and the pair are the centre of speculation after she welcomed him on the stage as her "baby father" over the weekend.
She was performing in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania on Friday night, when she introduced him, telling the crowd: "Make some noise for my baby father!"
Thousands of fans started screaming at the First Niagara Pavilion during the performance, and the Anaconda star and video footage shows her boyfriend fist pumping the air as he comes on.
