The sizzling trailer of Madhur Bhandarkar's 'Calendar Girls' was released on Tuesday. The two-and-a-half minute trailer follows the lives of five fashion models and highlights the glamorous and the ugly side of the modelling industry

Bhandarkar, known for his female-oriented films, has always worked with established actors, but this time the director will be launching five new faces in the movie: Kyra Dutt, Akanksha Puri, Avani Modi, Satarupa Pyne and Ruhi Singh

What made SRK cancel plans of hosting a party at his place?

If sources are to be believed, Shah Rukh Khan had invited Karan Johar along with his 'Shaandaar' cast for dinner at Mannat last week, but he had to call it off at the last minute. Reason? He apparently could not manage to squeeze time out of his hectic shoot schedule.

A source says, "Karan was supposed to go over to SRK's place with 'Shaandaar' director Vikas Bahl and lead pair, Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, after the film's first trailer was unveiled. It was not any celebration as such, but a quiet gathering. However, he had to cancel the plans at the very last minute due to his tight schedule."

It is said that the actor is currently wrapping up his Christmas release, 'Dilwale', and 'Fan' as well.

While the star was not available for comment, a source close to the actor denies the buzz saying, "Shah Rukh keeps calling his friends over for dinner whenever he is in town, so this was nothing special or exclusive. However, he is extremely busy these days and shooting non-stop. He has no time to host any party and so, these rumours are not true. If he had really invited someone, he would have definitely adjusted his schedule."

No nude scene in Madhur Bhandarkar's 'Calendar Girls'

Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar's upcoming film 'Calendar Girls' has been in the news for a nude scene said to have been chopped off from the first trailer. The director says there's no such scene.

"I don't know from where this report came in. Once the film is released, people will know there cannot be a scene like that in the film," Bhandarkar said.

'Calendar Girls' features newcomers Akanksha Puri, Avani Modi, Kyra Dutt and Ruhi Singh, among others.

A source from the team also stressed that Bhandarkar "is known for certain kind of cinema and these reports about a nude scene being in the trailer is completely untrue".

"There is no such scene in the film at first place. There was a small change that was asked to be made in the trailer for a U/A certificate, so that the trailer can be played on television. That was of a shot of a photoshoot of one of the calendar girls under the sea.

Producer Sangeeta Ahir, "being a woman, green-lighted the project because she liked the fact that the film is about women empowerment, their struggle and courage. It is in fact emotional journey of five girls", the source added.

Amber Rose Wrongfully Caught Up In Alleged Prostitution Scam

A California company is being accused of using Amber Rose to lure aspiring models into prostitution. According to TMZ, Los Angeles police have launched an investigation into the alleged internet scam.

After viewing an ad on Instagram, the models thought Amber was the person selecting which one women would participate in a photo shoot. Rose does not appear to be directly involved in the situation.

The company also used an old video of Amber to make it appear the women were video conferencing with thecelebrity. As the models called in, the footage would begin to break up and then eventually end.

One victim filed a report with the LAPD claiming the company attempted to set the women up with wealthy men. Then the models were asked if they would be willing to have sex with the men. The potential of getting placed on bigger projects was the incentive to sleep with their “dates.”

Rapper Yung Joc Hit With Lawsuit From Atlanta Jeweler

Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star Yung Joc is facing a $79,000 lawsuit from a Georgia jeweler. According to the AJC, Aydin & Company claims Joc bought a bracelet and diamond ring in 2009, but the “It’s Goin’ Down” rapper never paid the $17,500 bill.

Aydin says the 32-year-old born Jasiel Robinson agreed to pay for the jewelry, but he failed to make payments. The company is suing Joc for the cost of the items as well as interest, court and lawyer fees which brings the total to $79,901.96.

Joc joined the cast of LHHA in 2014. He appears on the reality show with girlfriend Khadiyah “KD” Lewis. The season four finale of the VH1 program was held Monday night.

Bieber went for a dip on Laguna Beach here after stripping down to his underwear, and he narrowly avoided an awkward moment, reports mirror.co.uk.

He dove into the sea in just his underwear before jumping out 10 minutes later and realising he didn't have a towel to keep him covered.

A boy was able to provide a striped towel so he could wrap it round and dry off.

Bieber even posed for photographers as he had a quick photograph with the boy.

Vin Diesel pays tribute to Paul Walker at Teen Choice Awards

Los Angeles: Hollywood actor Vin Diesel paid a glowing tribute to Paul Walker at the 2015 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday as the late star won the Choice Movie Actor award in the Action/Adventure category.

Walker, who died in November 2013 in a car accident, beat out competition from Ansel Elgort, Dylan O'Brien, Taylor Lautner, Theo James and Diesel to claim the award for his performance in "Furious 7", reports femalefirst.co.uk.

Diesel paid tribute to his friend when he took the stage to accept the surfboard for Choice Movie: Action/Adventure alongside co-stars Michelle Rodriguez, Ludacris, and Jordana Brewster, saying: "I can't stand here and be rewarded like this without talking about somebody very, very, very important to us.

"One of the best blessings in our lives was the fact that we had the opportunity to call Pablo our brother. Paul Walker is here in spirit with us."

"Furious 7" also won the Choice Movie: Action/Adventure award.

Meanwhile, the biggest winners of the night were British pop boy band One Direction, who won eight awards in total, including Male Music Group, Choice Summer Music Group, and Choice Selfie Takers.

However, the band - which now consists of Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson - were not at the event at the Galen Centre here in person and were instead forced to accept their awards via video link.

Fellow British band Little Mix won the surfboard award for Choice Music Breakout Artists.

It's been well-established that there is no love lost between Taylor Swift and Katy Perry.

But Taylor - as well as everyone else - was pretty shocked when Miley Cyrus jumped on the bandwagon and slammed her.

The twerking sensation refused to hold her tongue as she called out Tay Tay for the violence in her Bad Bloodmusic video recently.

According to reports, Taylor doesn't believe that the lashing came out of nowhere.

Instead the Shake It Off hitmaker has her suspicions that arch nemesis Katy was the person behind it.

A source told Hollywood Life: "She knows Miley and Katy hang out and she knows Katy still talks so much trash about her, she knows she tries to turn people against her.

"She thinks Miley is just a pawn in Katy’s game, she feels sorry for her."

As Taylor's music career goes from strength to strength, her relationships with her fellow pop princesses have become extremely strained.

Last month the blonde publicly clashed with Nicki Minaj after she hit out at the MTV Video Music Awards for not nominating her Anaconda video.

Morgan Freeman's step-granddaughter dead: 'Police find E'Dena Hines' screaming ex-boyfriend standing over body and arrest him'

Morgan Freeman's step-granddaughter, E'Dena Hines' ex-boyfriend was arrested after being found 'screaming over her body'.

The 33-year-old actress was found unresponsive on the street with multiple stab wounds outside her apartment in New York City. A knife was recovered at the scene.

Police arrived on the scene to find her ex-boyfriend standing over her body screaming, claims The New York Post.

The man was arrested by officers and taken to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital for psychiatric evaluation.

Police have not named the man, nor have they confirmed whether he is facing any charges.

E'Dena's grandfather, Oscar-winning actor Morgan Freeman paid tribute to her in a statement.

He said: “The world will never know her artistry in talent, and how much she had to offer.

"Her friends and family were fortunate enough to have known what she meant as a person.

"Her star will continue to shine bright in our hearts, thoughts and prayers. May she rest in peace."

Hines studied acting at New York University and taught underprivileged youth in Memphis, Tennessee.

The actress - who recently returned to New York after working in Memphis - recently blogged about her experiences on set.

"I thought I was the group cheerleader, giving them what they needed to keep going cause I was blessed with exuberant amounts of energy, but, I was more exhausted when it counted," she wrote.

"While everyone else would be relaxing on breaks, I was entertaining or so I thought. I also became aware that my voice was always heard above others which meant they all knew about me, but I didn't actually know a lot about them.

"Ahhhhh.... There is something beautiful in knowing you can find your stillness and be silent, but you can also be a ball of power," she added.

In 2012, the 78-year-old Oscar winner was forced to deny he was in a romantic relationship with E'Dena, following claims they had been seeing each other for 10 years.

Morgan said at the time: "The recent reports of any pending marriage or romantic relationship of me to anyone are defamatory fabrications."

E'Dena also commented on the controversy, saying: "These stories about me and my grandfather are not only untrue, they are also hurtful to me and my family."

Morgan was married to E'Dena's grandmother Jeanette until 1979. He later married second wife Myrna Colley-Lee in 1984, but the pair split in 2010.
